Explosion in American steel factory: one dead, at least ten injured and another missing

One person died in an explosion in a steel factory near Pittsburgh. At least ten others were injured, the local authorities report. As far as we know, one person is still missing. American media, including ‘The Washington Post’, previously said of dozens of injuries.
