On the Brahmslaan in Eindhoven, Brand raged in an apartment complex on the third and fourth floor. Three seriously injured were transferred to the hospital. The suspicion is that the fire preceded an explosion on the balcony of the apartment on the third floor, but the exact cause is still being investigated, the safety region reports.
