Seventeen homes for starters, families and seniors in Pesse. Project developer Bruising Management wants to build the ‘Hof van Pesse’ on the former site of Uildriks mechanization along the Dorpsstraat.

The permit application has been submitted; Now it is waiting for approval from the municipality of Hoogeveen. “It is still a concept and the purchase of the land is subject to change. Only with the green light can we really start,” says developer Jennifer Wessels Boer-Barelds.

There are another house and three sheds on the Uildriks site. The house is split off and remains, the sheds will eventually give way. “When the shovel is possible in the ground, wait and see, but preferably somewhere in 2026.”

According to Wessels Boer-Barelds, the plan is to make it a small neighborhood. For example, there must be a lawn with a picnic bench and enough space for residents to park their car.

The project developer says there is close contact with the pioneers in Pesse. That is a interest group consisting of residents from the village. “They are very involved in the plans.”

According to the entrepreneur, an inventory is also made of Pessenaren who are looking for a home. “It would be nice if we could give them priority, we’re looking at that when everything goes on.”
