How great for Countess Eloise: she has a nice crazy morning routine with which she scores an interview in the magazine of Chantal Janzen. “I rinse my mouth every day with coconut oil!”
A day no attention is not lived for a day: Countess Eloise is now in the & C with a whole interview about her … routines. She tells you accurately in the minute what she does as soon as her alarm goes off at 7 am. “Then I am immediately up. I used to be a snoozer, but I stopped,” she says.
Coconut oil
The first thing Eloise does is run to the kitchen. “First I rinse for fifteen minutes with coconut oil to clean my mouth, then I will work out. That has been a no-brainer for me for a year and a half: exercising is really part of my daily routine.”
Then the breakfast follows. “A large yogurt bowl with granola, fruit, almond paste and sometimes a scoop of cottage cheese for extra protein.”
Morning and evening
Eloise’s ‘working day’ starts at 9 a.m. “What is a bit difficult for me is that in addition to a morning person I am also an evening person. I usually only lie in bed around 11.30 pm. Actually I should sleep around 10 p.m. Denial Phase (denial phase, ed.). ”
By that denial phase, Eloise means that she actually knows that she should go to sleep earlier, but that she is not acting accordingly. “Before I go to sleep, I often do everything: clean up my room, prepare clothing for the next day, make a to-do list … everything I have to do, I write down in a notebook.”
Ah, the notes of Eloise. Fantastic. Can the Bruna clear a shelf?
