The Krasjeninnikov volcano on the East-Russian peninsula Kamchatka has erupted for the first time in at least 475 years. Scientists state on the telegram canal of the National Institute of Volcanology and Seismology that there can be a connection with the great earthquake that took place last week off the coast of Kamchatka.
