Medical emergency: Wolfsburg test canceled

In the traditional stadium of Rotterdam, VfL plays against host Feyenoord – but then the game is overshadowed by an incident.

The VfL Wolfsburg test game near Feyenoord Rotterdam was canceled prematurely on Saturday evening. The reason was a medical emergency in the stands in the de Kuip stadium. As Feyenoord announced, a viewer had health problems, but was available and was taken to the hospital. Both clubs wished the fan a quick recovery.

Until then, it was anything but round for Wolfsburg. During the break, the team of coach Paul Simonis was only 0: 1 behind, but after the change of sides, Feyenoord increased significantly and led 4-0 at the time of demolition. The VfL had completely changed except for the goalkeeper position.
