While Hertha BSC was able to pull a desired striker ashore with Dawid Kownacki (28), the other jumped off. After “Kicker” information Mergim Berisha (27), currently released from TSG Hoffenheim for the search for a new club, has a cancellation to the Berliners after an exchange of several weeks.
For a commitment of Berishas, Hertha would have had to submit players to create financial scope. However, on the side of the sales candidates such as Agustín Rogel (27) or Bilal Hussein (25) there was only little movement. Time uncertainty should be a reason for the cancellation.
Hertha coach Stefan Leitl had replaced with the attacker and later revealed: “I also hope for Berisha that he will still come to us. But that is not alone.” Despite good conversations with the Berliners, Berisha was not completely convinced of a Hertha transfer, it is said. His eyes are now going abroad. An offer from KaySerispor from Turkey with coach Markus Gisdol is said to have recently rejected Berisha.
