A 32-year-old man from Groningen was also sentenced to nine years in prison for two housing robberies in Vlaardingen and Anreep (near Assen). The punishment is the same as the court in Assen, at the time.

The man denies that, with two other men in July 2022, he threatened and squeezed a highly pregnant woman in Vlaardingen and her brand new husband. During the tap conversations in the police investigation into that robbery, their involvement in a robbery in Anreep also emerged. Four men invaded the building near Assen in December of that year.

The resident owned a TT camping and, according to a boyfriend of his son, would have a lot of money in the safe. The man, his wife and (in -laws) mother were tied. The man got liquid poured over him and on fire threatened. All this was to get the code of the safe. One of the robbers sang Christmas songs all the time. “A pure torture,” the public prosecutor said at the time.

A twenties from Rotterdam tipped the robbers about the money and jewelry in the home in Vlaardingen. The man knew that because he himself was a guest at the wedding of these victims. The court imposed him in prison forty months, twenty of which are conditional. A man from Enschede (42) was sentenced to eight years in prison by the Court, instead of six years and TBS with compulsory treatment.

A 46-year-old man from Assen made his house available to the robbers of the house in Anreep. He also took care of the items of clothing that the robbers wore. He also received forty months in prison, half of which were conditional. The victims are entitled to in total a damage amount of almost two tons.
