Three years after his arrival in Spain, Samuel Lino Atlético Madrid leaves home. The 25 -year -old offensive player joins Flamengo Rio de Janeiro with immediate effect. The Rojiblancos announced that they had agreed with the seven -time master on a change of Linos. As a third newcomer to Flamengo, the right foot will receive a contract by the end of 2029 in this transfer phase and, according to reports, costs 22 million euros, another 3 million euros should be possible on bonuses.
Atlético had once paid a transfer of 6.5 million euros to Gil Vicente, the Portuguese club was granted a 20 percent resolution in the course of this. The colchoneros increase their transfer revenue this summer to over 50 million euros – the opposite already has 149 million euros in expenses for the purchases of Álex Baena, Dávid Hancko, Johnny Cardoso, Thiago Almada, Matteo Ruggeri, Marc Pubill and Juan Musso.
The Brazilian Lino, whose market value is estimated at 22 million euros, made twelve goals and 16 templates in 93 missions for Atlético. Shortly after his commitment, he was awarded to FC Valencia for the 2022/23 season, where he came in 41 games.
At Flamengo, Lino is dealing with coach Filipe Luís. The 39-year-old compatriot also played for Atlético between 2010 and 2014 and between 2015 and 2019, where he reached his highest market value of EUR 25 million in 2016. In the summer of 2019, Filipe Luís returned to Flamengo and continued his success story, rather in autumn 2024 he initially took over as the successor to tit.
