Up to 5,000 euros: what will change for self -employed people who want to send invoices from 1 January?

From 1 January 2026, organizations that are obliged to switch VAT must switch to electronic invoicing. This also applies to around 30,000 non-profit organizations in Belgium, including thousands of sports and football clubs. But barely one in three entrepreneurs is ready. What does that mean?
