Finally loan in Bremen

After the departure of Talent Max Finkgräfe (21) for 4 million euros to RB Leipzig, the 1.FC Köln would like to add again in the left-back position and apparently focused on Derrick Köhn. According to “Sky” reporter Patrick Berger, the second division champion of last season has already sent an offer for the 26-year-old native of Hamburg to Galatasaray-but so far this has been too low.

The green-whites waived the purchase option of 5.1 million million and therefore offered EUR 3.5 million for the former U19 international. Galatasaray refused. With regard to Köhn, Cologne could become a beneficiary. In the team of the new coach Lukas Kwasniok, Learst Paçarada (30) is currently the only regular left -back. At Galatasaray, Köhn is only under contract until 2026. The Turkish record champion signed him in 2024 for 3.35 million euros from Hannover 96. At the end of August of last year, the loan to Bremen followed, where Köhn contributed two templates and two own goals in 30 games.
