Russia prohibits “satanist movement”: Metal and Goth fans may be prosecuted

The Russian Supreme Court has forbidden and officially labeled the so -called “international satanist movement” as an extremist and terrorist organization. Although such an organization does not actually exist, the new legislation is in danger of having far-reaching consequences for Russian fans of heavy metal, goth and industrial music.
