A bold decision 10.6 kilometers before the finish gave Mavi Garcia from the Liv-Alula-Jayco team. The driver from Mallorca tried her luck and drove the peloton away a few kilometers before the finish line. She was able to hold her small lead, which was around 10 to 15 seconds, until the end. That was enough for her to win EttaPen.

Big surprise with the yellow jersey

Elise Chabbey, the wearer of the mountain jerseys, was right behind her and scored two points. The two drivers led the peloton as a top duo. Franziska Koch and Aude Bianic had been overtaken on the mountain.

Exactly 20 kilometers later the next mountain ranking came to the Côte de Locronan. There was a short, steep climb: 800 meters at an average of 8.9 percent. Here, too, Elise Chabbey and Silke Smulders fought a sprint. This time Elise won Chabbey and won two points in the mountain in the category, Smulders got one point.

Then it went on a tour, as the day before. At the Côte du Chemin de Trohéir, the drivers were therefore able to collect twice points. Because they had to conquer this increase twice. 1.1km at a 5.7 percent slope is the increase to the Côte du Chemin de Trohéir Lang. In the first round, Elise Chabbey won the two points on the mountain after a short sprint, in the second round she was second. The Spaniard Mavi Garcia won the two points in this round. Elise Chabbey keeps the dotted jersey even at stage 3.
