The local criminal investigation department invaded a house in Roeselare on Thursday 17 July after reports of suspicious activities. “During the search, 200 grams of cocaine, 50 grams of hashish, a power surge weapon, a baton and 5,000 euros cash were seized,” confirms the public prosecutor’s office of West Flanders.
Both men were arrested and were brought before the investigating judge in Kortrijk on Friday 18 July. He decided to keep them. The suspects appeared today before the council chamber, who extended their arrest by a month. They will remain in jail for the time being.
