The man who was seriously injured on Monday evening in a stabbing at Stationsplein in Eindhoven is a 33-year-old man from Eindhoven. The police are still looking for the perpetrator.
On Monday evening around ten to half past nine, the police received a report about a stabbing in the vicinity of Stationsplein in Eindhoven. After that, a notification also came in that someone with a knife would have been injured.
The victim was next to the station near the bicycle shed and the taxi stand. After the report, two ambulances and a trauma helicopter were alerted. The victim was taken to a hospital in an ambulance.
The police went looking for the perpetrator in the area, but nobody was found. The police report that no one has been found on Tuesday and that much is still unclear. She therefore calls on witnesses to report in herself.
