In times where mental health and emotional intelligence begin to occupy the place it deserves, there are voices that resonate with special force. Luciana Quiroga and Romina López Cuenca They are psychologists, speakers and women passionate about their work, who decided to take their message beyond the office. From different perspectives, both seek the same: Leave a mark of consciousness, of healthy links and emotional leadership in each space where they are presented.
“Heal the links with oneself and others”
Luciana Quiroga He has specialized in a topic that still costs to name, but that silently crosses many people: emotional dependence on links with narcissistic personalities. With an empathic and deep look, Luciana provides tools to identify these relationships, heal wounds and recover emotional autonomy.
“When a person manages to name what he lived, a liberation process is activated. It is not just about leaving a toxic relationship, but about reconstructing. That is why my approach is psychoeducational and practical, so that people can start living better from knowledge,” says Luciana, that this year has already given lectures in Salta, San Juan and Buenos Aires, with rooms full of people who recognize themselves in their words.
“Lead from emotional intelligence, not from the ego”
Romina López Cuencaon the other hand, he has focused his way on the development of leaders with emotional intelligence. In a world where leadership is often confused with control or coldness, she proposes the opposite: leading from empathy, self -awareness and genuine connection with others.
“An emotionally intelligent leader is not the one who is never wrong, but who can learn from himself and generate confidence climates. In organizations, and also in personal life, leading implies inspiring others. The question is: what kind of footprint do we want to leave?” Romina reflects, which combines her clinical experience with a toucher in mentoring and coaching of leaders, especially in health sectors, mining and companies in transformation.
A federal route with real impact
Both share not only the profession and vocation, but a clear decision: go to meet people. Through face -to -face conferences in different provincesThey seek to expand access to mental health content and generate transformative experiences at each audience.
“The face -to -face has something magical. There is something in the face -to -face encounter that is not replaced. We are excited to see how people get moved, grateful, reflective … and that confirms that we are on the right track,” They coincide
A footprint that just begins
Luciana and Romina are known from the university and forged a path of accompaniment and enforcement, where they are strengthened in their inspiring and ambitious objectives. Both speak from the heart, with a strong ethical commitment and with the certainty that sowing mental health is also to sow future.
“This is our contribution. From our spaces, we want to leave a mark. A footprint that helps to heal, to lead with conscience and live better,” they conclude.
And without a doubt, they are doing it.
