The court in Zutphen acquitted a 63-year-old man from that place of the murder of Duncan Weak, which disappeared in 1989. According to the court, it cannot be proven that the suspect has robbed weak “deliberately and with a preconceived plan of life.” Twelve years in prison had been demanded.
