A chain collision was created tonight on the Van Schaikweg in Emmen. A motorist suddenly had to brake for crossing cyclists. The cars behind it could not stop on time, causing the cars to collide.
The ambulance came to the scene to check those involved. What exactly happened is still unclear.
The police are investigating the accident.
