GERVONTA Davis, unbeaten lightweight world champion in boxing, has apparently been arrested.
As several US media reported on Friday, the 30-year-old was custody in Miami. Davis is accused of bodily harm and domestic violence.
The 30-year-old is said to have become conspicuous in front of his ex-girlfriend on June 15 when he wanted to pick up his two children. After a dispute, Davis injured his former partner in one fell swoop and slap in the face. This suffered an injury to the Lippe.
Davis had held his last fight in New York in March. At that time he defended his title after a controversial draw against Lamont Roach.
