“We are still surprised and very disappointed,” says Tijmen Goes. “We have applied for an environmental permit, which meets all rules, has been submitted in consultation with the municipality and for which the homework was done well.”
The developer does not accept this and goes to court. “We look forward to this with confidence.”
Victory
Where disappointment dominates at TPSolar, Stichting Opmeer thinks that he is happy with this decision.
