Jeroen Rietbergen is not being prosecuted for the rape of singer Nienke Wijnhoven. The Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal announced this on Friday. The case was dismissed in May last year for lack of evidence, but Wijnhoven went against it and started an article 12 procedure.
