Mathias De Clercq (for Ghent) is still at home on doctor’s advice. The mayor of Ghent became unwell last week during the aftermath of difficult negotiations on the saving plan with which the city council wants to raise 120 million euros per year. Astrid De Bruycker is replacing De Clercq for the time being.
