PBredalar for over nine hundred kilometers, divided into eight stages, crossing five regions, starting from Bergamo and arriving at the Houser Enzo and Dino Ferrari in Imola. It is the program of the 36th edition of the Giro d’Italia Women 2025women’s race to be held from 6 to 13 July, organized by RCS Sport In collaboration with the Italian Cycling Federation and with the patronage of the Ministry of Sport and Young people. To feel part, even on foot or by car, of this race on the two wheels all in the squad, you can take inspiration from the itineraries that we have identified following five of the eight stages.
Giro d’Italia Women 2025, Lombardy: Clusone-APRICA (92 kilometers).
Clusone is a small wonder of the Alta Val Seriana, of not even nine thousand inhabitants, lying among the peaks of the Orobie Prealps. A Borgo Bergamasco where art, history and architecture are happily mixed, whose heritage of frescoes and artistic beauties, concentrated in the historic center, gave him the name of “painted city”. Among the unmissable stops there is theOratory of the disciplines who reveals the fifteenth -century fresco of the Macabra dance, to symbolize the equality of all men in the face of death. After tasting the Clusone biscuit, reminiscent of a amaretto and a meringue, partly covered with chocolate, still prepared according to the 1920 recipe of the Trussardi pastry shop (Piazza delle Rocca 2, Clusone), you can leave for a trek on Mount Pora. The itinerary continues reaching a quiet village in the car on Lake Iseo, Castro, with a beautiful coast on the lake that leads to Sarnico and the Tinazzo Gola Park, immersing between rocks and green. A few minutes from Lake Iseo there is also the city of Darfo Boario Terme with the well -known Terme di Boario (Termediboario.it), with over 150 years of history. Rebuinted in the body and in the mind, we start again for Breno to taste the typical BRè cheese, produced in the Brenese huts It is worked in July, when the pastures flourished and the brown cows graze between 1800 and 2000 meters. Is protected by the Association for BRè cheese (cheeseggrebre.it), who seasoned it inside an anti -aircraft refuge of the Second World War under the Breno Castle and which gives useful indications on where to buy it. The arrival is in Aprica, on the alpine step of the same name that connects Valtellina and Valcamonica, in the province of Brescia. Host one of the seven natural reserves that characterize Valtellina, the Pian di Gembro reserve, which boasts particular plant species. The town is also known for the colorful murals that decorate its streets and for the original ski museum (apricaonline.com).
From Trentino to Veneto: Tesino-PieneZZa Castle (142 kilometers).
Interesting stage from a tourist point of view, the Tesino-Pianezze Castle brings from Trentino to Veneto. Tesino Castle, 960 meters above sea level, is surrounded by woods, streams, meadows and is located in the heart of Trentino. Here you come for long and quiet walks and to visit the caves of Castello Tesino (Visitvalsugana.it), the only ones accessible to tourists, rich in galleries, arabesques, stalactites and stairs. In these parts, bike lovers will find their paradise with the Tesino Lagorai Bike, a mountain bike project with a network of over 170 kilometers of paths immersed in nature to pedal between woods, pastures and alpine lakes. Pointing in the car in the direction of Pianezze, you will meet locations that deserve the stop like Grigno, the last Trentino bulwark before the Veneto, placed on the green plateau of the Marcesina, where they show off forests, pastures and huts. The walkers will have their satisfactions along the Via Romea Germanica (Viaromeagemanica.it) ancient via dei Pellegrini who crosses Valbrenta starting from Cismon del Grappa and, passing through Valstagna and Oliero, Campolongo, Campese, arrives on the wooden bridge on the Brenta in Bassano del Grappto. And then there is Marostica, a fourteenth -century Borgo surrounded by walls, with its chess square and the castle, before the arrival in Pianezze di Valdobbiadene, on Mount Cesen in the Treviso Prealps.

Veneto: Mirano-Monselice (120 kilometers).
We still remain in Veneto for Mirano-Monselice, a stage that crosses the quiet Venetian plain. In Mirano the opportunity is gluttonous to visit parks and villas, follow in the footsteps of the Tiepolo and enter the Castelletto complex and caves of Villa Belvedere. The route continues to lap Padua and continuing to Monselice, where to breathe medieval atmospheres, relax in elegant parks and gardens, Discover the Euganean Hills, admire the Rocca and the Castle of Monselice and enjoy the Romanesque charm of the ancient parish church of Santa Giustina.
Pieve Tesino in Valsugana, in Trentino.
Giro d’Italia Women 2025 Marche: Fermignano-Montenerone (150 kilometers).
I stop in the Marche, between Fermo and Monte Nero. Fermignano, who gave birth to the Renaissance architect Donato Bramante, is located on the left bank of the Metauro River and boasts a beautiful historic center: here you drink a pleasant Metauro Bianchello and enjoy handmade tagliatelle. Between Fermignano and the arrival of the stage, here is Urbania with its ducal palace and the incredible church of the dead Which, inside, retains the mummies cemetery, a silent crypt where 18 mummified bodies, of ordinary mortals, have been living for more than four centuries. Here you can also discover the skill of the artists who create the ceramics of Casteldurante, to be admired and purchased the ancient Casteldurante from art ceramics (Ceramicacasteldurante.com). Cantiano, a medieval village famous for the Tecchi forest -oriented nature reserve, also deserves attention, a rare example of a perfectly intact wooded area, for the bread of Chiaserna, enriched with source water and for the mistials, wild cherries, with which to prepare greedy jams. The stage ends up on Mount Nero at almost 1400 meters above sea level, to the extreme northern Lembo of the Umbrian-Marchian Apennines. The mountain is full of gorges, caves, perfect for lovers of torrentism, climbing and cycling, in fact the road that rises from Piobbico is the toughest ascent of the region. On the top is the Corsini refuge (refaggiochaletcorsini.it), appreciated by hikers who arrive here on foot or by bike and in winter point of reference for winter sports enthusiasts.

Emilia-Romagna: Forlì-Imola (134 kilometers).
The Giro d’Italia Women ends in Emilia-Romagna: the last stage leads from Forlì to Imola. Forlì offers a quiet day in its center, among a visit to an exhibition at the San Domenic Civic Museumor (Refugiochaletcorsini) and a tour in the Urban Park Franco August, a green area of 26 hectares, to which the Montone river flows next to it. Then we sit at the table of some tavern to savor one of the symbolic dishes of the local cuisine, or the craft passages. The arrival of the race is in Imola, at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari international motorhound (Autodromoimola.it) where to visit places usually reserved for pilots and race teams or even try a driving experience, darting on a more appreciated circuits in the world.
