Bram Moszkowicz’s cat died. It has been decided to let the animal sleep in, probably because of unbearable pain. “It’s a month ago now,” he says. “It’s not fun.”
Many people thought that Johan Derksen’s dog had died when he suddenly did not show up in today in Inside. In the end there turned out to be something with his wife, but now the dog has started heavenly. “Cuby died last week. He has been in between us for twelve years,” he says in Shownieuws.
Dog was up
It is very quiet in the house, says Johan. “We really have to get used to it in bed. We were a maniacal couple. The children are out the door and then you take a dog when you retire. Then you will continue.”
Yet he is not devastated by sorrow because the dog looks back on a beautiful life. “We took care of him very well, he had a life, not to believe, but he was finished.”
Kat died
Show expert Bart Ettekoven sympathizes with Johan. He says to the desk: “All people with a dog, including you and me, know how terribly sad this is.”
Bram Moszkowicz then notes: “That also applies to cats, by the way.”
Tooske Ragas: “Do you want to say something about it?”
Bram: “Well, I had to put a kitten to sleep a month ago and that’s not fun.”
