Agreement at four out of five charges

According to several media reports, the jury is said to have agreed on a judgment at four of the five charges. It remains unclear whether Sean Combs was explained to guilty or innocent in these points. The accusation of organized crime is still disputed.

As the “New York Times” reports, the jury said that there was “insurmountable disagreements on both sides” within the body with regard to the allegation. The other charges concern two cases of human trafficking for sexual purposes and two cases of promoting prostitution.

Regardless of the ongoing procedure, Combs is faced with several other civil lawsuits, in which he is accused of rape and assault.

Sean “Diddy” Combs Process: Consultations are ongoing

The jury advised on Tuesday (July 1) about twelve hours. At around 4 p.m. local time, she informed the court’s decision. The consultations are to be continued in New York on Wednesday (July 2).

Both the public prosecutor and the defense are willing to continue talking to each other. Chief Runner Maurene Comey suggested that the jury give special instructions – so -called “Allen Charge”. In doing so, she wants to encourage the jury to agree on a joint judgment. The defender of Sean Combs, however, asked the judge not to urge the jury. He said that they had only been advising briefly so far and should have more time.
