Record number of newcomers obtained integration certificate last year: “Very positive news”

In 2024, 17,938 newcomers in our country obtained an integration certificate. This is a record, Flemish Minister for Integration and Integration Hilde Crevits (CD&V) reports on Wednesday in a press release. The certificate is the official proof that a newcomer has successfully completed the entire integration process.
