After seven weeks of testimonies, the case is against Sean Combs because of Sex trade and conspiracy for organized crime in today’s hands in the jury.

“Leader of a criminal organization”

Judge Arun Subramanian will give the twelve jury – eight men and four women – the so -called “instructions for finding the judgment”, which will probably take several hours before they start consulting. Both the public prosecutor and the defense had completed their cases last week after their final plates.

Combs is faced with five charges for crimes, including conspiracy for organized crime, two cases of sex trade in connection with two ex-girlfriends and two charges for transporting prostitution. He denies the allegations raised against him.

In her final plea last Thursday, US prosecutor Christy Slavik Combs described Combs as “leader of a criminal organization”. She said he used violence, silence and “shame” to force women to drug sex with male escort partners-so-called “freak-offs”-to satisfy his voyeuristic fantasies.

Slavik said that Combs had never been satisfied with a “no” and always got what he wanted. In addition, the support from his close environment and his company made it “even more powerful and dangerous”. She claimed that the Mogul had had an “armed and operational” security team that was ready to “protect” him against any perceived threat.

“Total obedience awaited”

In her five-hour presentation, Slavik linked various testimonies, especially those of Combs’ ex-girlfriends and accusers Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and a woman who testified under the pseudonym “Jane”. Slavik recalled how both women felt “committed” to take part in the sexual acts or even organize them to satisfy Combs.

She said Combs expected “total submission”, otherwise he reacted with aggression – especially to Ventura, who reported on numerous cases of numerous cases of domestic violence. “She knew: If he was happy, she was sure,” said Slavik. “If the defendant wanted a freak-off, it also took place.”

When explaining the indictment points against Combs to the jury, Slavik said that Combs could be convicted of organizing crime if he and only another alleged co -swords were planned or committed two of the eight “priority” (e.g. bribes ”mentioned in the procedure (e.g. bribe, drugstorm, arson, kidnapping, forced labor, witness to be exercised or transported to exercise prostitution). In addition, Combs could be convicted of sex trade if the jury decided that he had forced one of the women to only an undesirable sexual act with a paid male escort.

“False and exaggerated” – defense attacks charges

On Friday, Combs’ defender Marc Agnifilo countered with a passionate and often sarcastic lecture. He described the indictment as “wrong”, “exaggerated”. And as an attempt to criminalize the private life of the mogul. Combs only had a colorful “lifestyle”. With open relationships with loving friends, hotel trians, leisure drug use and unfortunate cases of domestic violence.

He continued to argue that Combs was not a criminal boss. But a “self -made, successful, black entrepreneur” who “built great, sophisticated, real companies”. Those that “passed the test of time”. In order to invalidate the indictment, Agnifilo made fun of some of the more explosive evidence. For example, about the boxes with baby oil seized during the house searches last year.

“Thank God for the special team,” joked Agnifilo. “You found the astroglide! You found the baby oil! You found about five valum tablets. Good work, boys.” (During a break, a prosecutor called Agnifilo’s comments “deeply offensive” and “completely inappropriate”. Agnifilo replied: “I think I can be sarcastic.”)

Defense: “Modern love story”

With regard to Ventura’s statements, Agnifilo called her relationship with Combs “a great modern love story”. And showed himself moved when he went into loving text messages between Ventura and Combs. Although he did not deny Combs’ violent outbreaks towards Ventura-including a famous security video that Combs shows how he attacks Ventura in a hotel-Agnifilo claimed that Ventura had voluntarily participated in the freak-offs.

“It is at a high level,” he argued. “She does not hit her hands in horror.”

Agnifilo also claimed that Jane enjoyed the encounters. He even accused her of “lied” when she said that Combs choked, stepped, kicked and pushed in July 2024. A dispute that led to an allegedly forced freak-off.

Call to acquire

Finally, Agnifilo called on the jury to pronounce Combs. “I ask you to raise courage. And to do what needs to be done. He sits innocently there. Give him back to his family that is waiting for him.”

Public prosecutor: “excuses for criminal behavior”

In her last word to the jury, prosecutor Maurene Comey said that the defense had “provided an excuse for the other for unused criminal behavior”.

Combs threatens a lifelong imprisonment in all charges.
