The Spanish clothing provider Mango has expanded its presence in Berlin. On Monday, the company announced the opening of its sixth store in the capital and presented the further growth plans for the German market.

In Berlin, Mango is now also represented at Friedrichstrasse 88/89 with its own shop. There, the brand offers its collections for women, men and children on a total sales area of ​​1,100 square meters. According to the company, it is “after Kurfürstendamm the second branch in the German capital, which combines all three product lines under one roof”.

Mango is planning ten new openings in Germany

Daniel López, the director of expansion and franchising at Mango, emphasized the importance of the new opening. “We are very happy to expand our presence in Berlin, one of the world’s leading fashion metropolises, by expanding the physical offer of three of our five lines,” he said in a statement. “This opening is an important step in our strategic expansion plan, with which we enlarge our reach and want to approach them even closer to them with shops in which we can offer our customers the mango experience.”

As part of its growth concept, the company plans to open a total of around ten new sales outlets in Germany by the end of the current year. Stores at Limbecker Platz in Essen and the new shopping center Westfield Hamburg-Übersekartier have already been opened. In addition, the flagship store in Hanover is “renovated and designed according to the new med concept,” said Mango.

The company completed in 1996 with the opening of the first two shops to enter the market in Germany. According to its own statements, it had more than 450 sales points in Germany at the end of 2024 and also offers its products in their own online shop and on digital marketplaces.
