With new construction, a substantial amount is added. Every two years ago, 557,000 euros paid for a home in a new neighborhood with lots of greenery. “And today she would make quite a bit of a profit during a sale,” says Makelaar Benjamin de Wit. He mainly sees two types of buyers for whom this is a suitable home.
