FC Augsburg has extended the contract of NOAHKAI BANKS by two years. The 18-year-old central defender, who celebrated his Bundesliga debut in January on the 15th matchday against VfB Stuttgart (0: 1) and has been on eight missions for FCA professionals since then, signed a new working paper by June 30, 2029. Banks’ market value made a jump from 150,000 to 6 million euros in the past season.
“Noahkai Banks has already demonstrated his great potential in his Bundesliga debut and in the second half of the season. He has shown that he can prevail in professional football. With his-especially for his young age-he made good performance aware of it. It is therefore a strong sign and we are all the more pleased that Noahkai is committed to our FCA in the long term. Banks added: “Last season I was able to have my first experience in professional football. These were special moments. But I am hungry for more and I want to take the next steps in my development.
