At least eight people died in an accident that involved a hot air balloon in southern Brazil, in the Santa Catarina region, an area known as the “Brazilian Cappadocia”, famous precisely for flights to hot air balloon. On social networks, videos have been widespread in which you can see the hot air balloon pitting on fire and deflating, while the basket falls to the ground. According to the first information, 13 of the 21 people on board would survive: first aid operators are looking for missing. At the moment the causes of the accident are not known and an investigation has been opened to shed light on the dynamic.
