The Solo concert by Till Lindemann at Metal Air Uelzen Get a surprising contrast program: also on Saturday (June 21) six musicians play a benefit concert that wants to point out the consequences of sexual violence.

According to “Altmark Zeitung”, this is not planned as a protest against the gig of the Rammstein front man. Donations go to the Violetta Dannenberg association, a counseling center against sexual violence against women and girls. The association will also be on site with an information stand.

Nevertheless, the appearance is of course also a kind of reaction to Lindemann’s appearance in Uelzen, otherwise would not take place in the city. One does not want to charges, but “create positive things”, the main initiator told the newspaper. However, for fear of mesh hatred, she prefers to remain anonymous.

“Break the Silence” concert wants to sensitize, not judge

The event, which expressly as a safe space is expressed as a safe -ended social groups, is aimed at everyone who would deal with the topic of sexual violence, solidarize or commit themselves, the organizer illustrates.

Under the motto “Break The Silence” there will be a first meeting on the Herzogenplatz in Uelzen from 3 p.m., from 5 p.m. Lizzn, Femmbivalent, Linda Antonia, Aldella, Hannah Noir and DJ Bandulera will play.
