The reason (we go by hypotheses, in the absence of official declarations) can reside in a legal strategy in view of the appeals in front of ordinary justice, in which the Sardinian entrepreneur will try to demonstrate that he has been the victim of an alleged scam. However, there remains a value -free strategy for the sports system, given that the registration will be rejected.

Cellino’s move, however, would have concrete consequences and dirums for those who apply to take the place of Brescia in Serie C. The Caldiero, relegated after the last playouts, would appear in second place in the ranking of the readjugation (the first, the Pro Patria, takes the place of the Lucchese, Ndc) and could return to C only when Brescia should not present any question. This is because the readmission, which does not involve costs for the beneficiary club, starts in order to fill the box left empty by companies that have given up in their place in C without even activating the registration procedure (such as, in fact, the Lucchese). In the event that Brescia should instead deposit its question, even if inadmissible, the Advanced Institute would end up off the forecast of the Noif.
