With a clear victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA finals, the Indiana Pacers enforced an all -important seventh game. The Thunder with their German Center Isaiah Hartenstein gave the first chance of winning the title, but the final series can decide in their own hall on Monday night.
The Pacers won game six with 108: 91 and thus managed to equalize in the best-of-Seven series. The Pacers, in which top star Tyrese Haliburton could spel despite the calf injury, impressively controlled themselves against the impending end in the title race. Obi Toppin was the top scorer with 20 points, and five other players met in two digits.

OKC had little to counter the host’s closed team performance and showed annoying the title on the first of two occasions. The Thunder were clearly behind during the break (42:64) and did not manage to put problems in any form in the second half. The best thrower at OKC was MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with 21 points, Hartenstein got ten points and four rebounds.
In the all -important seventh game, OKC, the best team in the main round, has the home advantage. Hartenstein has the chance to bring Larry O’Brien Trophy as the second German after Dirk Nowitzki. The Würzburger triumphed in 2011 with the Dallas Mavericks.
