Johan Derksen believes that Linda de Mol has blundered with her magazine of the same name. The latest edition, in which Suzan & Freek beaming of happiness, is inappropriate. “Unprofessional.”
Linda de Mol had about two and a half weeks (!) Time to intervene, but still the newest edition of her magazine was in stores just before the weekend with a very happy Suzan & Freek. And that while we all know in the meantime that metastatic lung cancer has been found at the 32-year-old Freek Rikkerink. That over -happiness is therefore finished.
Weakness
They had there at the Linda. Of course to be able to choose to throw away the already printed magazines, but an insert was chosen: a sheet in the magazine explaining that the magazine was already to the printer before the fierce news about Suzan & Freek became known. A weakness, says Johan Derksen.
Johan, who for years was the editor -in -chief of the magazine Voetbal International, even finds it inappropriate. “The Linda magazine. Has a big interview with Suzan & Freek, but that interview was conducted before it became known that Freek is incurably ill. But the magazine has appeared,” he starts in his podcast Greetings from Grolloo.
Bullsh*t
The reason that the magazine is still on the shelves with a very happy Suzan & Freek, says Johan as a former magazine maker weak. “The editors who apologize with the killer of:” Yes, it was already with the printer. ” But if you are a decent undertaking, you will get such a whole edition of the market.
He continues: “It is of course very strange to present the readers a big story with Suzan & Freek in which everything is cake and egg and they reveal their future prospects. I think it is very uncivilized and only because it costs money, but as soon as the journalistic standards have to make way for commercial standards, then you create Bullsh*t and dredger.”
Very lot of money
In this case, Linda mainly looked at the finances, says Johan. “You should have just prevented this Linda. Came to the people and the store. But yes, that of course costs a lot of money.”
And that while according to him it was more than worth the expenses. “Because you are immediately unbelievable and unreliable.”
A reprint might have led to the Linda. would be on the shelves too late. “But then everyone had understood that and you had received sympathy,” concludes the VI-star.
