Netanyahu does not want to talk to Iran: ‘That will not happen’

The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not interested in possible negotiations with Iran. In an interview with the American ABC News, Netanyahu Iran is blaming to “cheat” and mislead the United States.

“They want to continue building their nuclear weapons and their enormous ballistic missile program, with which they shoot at our people. They want to continue to work on the two existential threats for Israel while they are talking. That is not going to happen,” says Netanyahu.

The prime minister responds to the news that Iran would have indicated that he wanted to close a truce and want to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States.
US President Donald Trump was also asked about the news. “She (Iran, ed.) Would like to talk, but they should have done that earlier,” he replied.

Netanyahu also said that killing Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran’s highest leader, would end the conflict. ABC News, among others, reported earlier that Trump had stopped an Israeli plan to kill Khamei. “This is not going to worsen the conflict, it will end the conflict,” said Netanyahu. When asked whether Israel has actually targeted Khamenei, he replied that the country is doing “what is needed”.
