Earlier today, the Ghent criminal administration court decided that Hans van Themsche (37) will be released conditionally next week and will be included in a closed institution. Nineteen years ago Van Themsche de Peuter Luna Drowart (2) and her Malian babysitter Oulematou Niangadou (25) died in Antwerp. Laurence van Bree, Luna’s mother, thinks it is especially important that Themsche is helped. She said that in the VTM News studio.
