This is apparent from an international survey by HR service provider SD Worx among 16,000 employees, including 1,000 Belgians. Belgium belongs to the European top with a general satisfaction of 73%, but West Flanders is doing just a little better.
The province also stands out in terms of deployment. While in Belgium an average of 30% of employees is limited to the strictly necessary-the so-called ‘Quiet Quitting’-this is only 20% in West Flanders. The province therefore has the lowest figure in the country.
