Musk had previously called for Trumps deposition. He also suggested that Trump stopped the disclosure of files about the New York financier Jeffrey Epstein in disgraced because of his own presence in those files.

Trump, in turn, suggested terminating the government contracts of the billionaire, after the repeated incentives of Musk to the Republicans to vote against Trump’s tax legislation because it would increase the deficit.
