Hamburger SV is one of the largest clubs in Germany. In the New sticker on T-Online you will find all the important messages about the “red pants”.
The HSV women reinforce themselves with a national player for their comeback year in the Bundesliga. Michaela Croatto, 22 -year -old left -back from Austria, changes from league competitor RB Leipzig to the Elbe.
“I am very excited about the new challenge in Hamburg. The HSV is a club with great fans and great tradition,” said the two-time international player. Saskia Breuer, HSV coordinator of women’s football, was looking forward to a “human and sporty” reinforcement: “With Micki we gain a player who not only has Bundesliga experience, but also brings peace and overview. Her ball security and her understanding of the game immediately convinced us.”
For RB Leipzig, Michela Croatto, born in Villach, completed a total of 33 competitive games in the Bundesliga and in the DFB Cup in the past two seasons. In Austria she played 55 competitive games (twelve goals, a template) for St. Pölten, Neulengbach and Sturm Graz. In 2023, Croato debuted in the national team in her home country, previously she ran for the U17, U18 and U19 national team.
She was a captain, promotion hero, met in the DFB Cup semi-final-and now she is gone: Sarah Stöckmann leaves Hamburger SV and changes to Viktoria Berlin to the 2nd Bundesliga. “With her experience, leadership and game intelligence, she will do our team well,” says the capital club.
The 31 -year -old Stöckmann played at HSV for six years, the team led back to the 2nd league in 2023 – in the duel against Viktoria Berlin. The next ascent followed in the past season, this time to the Bundesliga. Afterwards she no longer received a new contract at the Volkspark.
In the recent season, Stöckmann played 18 times for the HSV (one goal, a template) in the league. It was used four times in the DFB Cup-in the semi-finals against Werder Bremen (1: 3 NV) she met for the meantime 1: 1. In total, the Walsroder native has been wearing the HSV jersey (19 goals, 4 templates) in 114 competitive games since 2019.
With 21 goal participations, Jean-Luc Dompé has made an important contribution to the rise of the HSV. The 29-year-old played in the best form of his career under coach Merlin Polzin-and has thus left an impression on an international level.
France’s national coach Didier Deschamps told the “Sportbild” that he now has Dompé an eye: “I know him. I know where he is.” The 56-year-old gave the HSV professional at least small hopes for an invitation to the “Équipe tricolore”: “He is one of the players who can be added that we still look at. But we also have countless other good players,” said Deschamps.
France is taking part in the National League finals in Germany this week. In the semifinals, the vice world champion will meet European champions Spain (9 p.m./ARD and DAZN) in Stuttgart on Thursday.
However, the competition for Dompé is enormous. In his offensive position, stars like Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid), Ousmane Dembélé (Paris Saint-Germain) and Michael Olise from FC Bayern Munich frolic.
In the 2025/26 season, HSV will play again in the 1st Bundesliga for the first time in seven years. For the fans, this means that not only the club plays in a higher class – the prices for many season tickets have also increased. The HSV has already announced that the seat of 4 euros to 5.82 euros per game should be more expensive-i.e. up to 99 euros for a complete season.
