“No explanation has been made in order to ensure that the process is not open to manipulation and not to become open to manipulation.
As we have emphasized before, we see and respect every right granted to our congress members in our regulation as one of the basic elements of our club democracy. However, it should not be forgotten that in line with the deep -rooted traditions and institutional culture of Fenerbahçe, the extraordinary general assembly in our club history has never been collected.
However, at the point reached, it is clear that there is a perception study to mislead the public with allegations that are not related to the facts, especially in social media channels. For this reason, it was decided to share detailed information about the signature declarations delivered to our club within the framework of our provisions of laws and regulations in order to continue the transparency and healthy progress of the process.
• Declaration received by the notary public by mail: Declarations delivered by mail via the notary public are delivered by our legal department. As of 04.06.2025, 151 declarations reached the club and recorded in this way.
• Declaration received by the Supreme Council Board (YDK) by hand: Declarations delivered to the Supreme Council Council were delivered by the Secretariat of the YDK for signature to our legal department. As of 04.06.2025, 78 declarations were received and recorded by this method.
In the light of this information, the total number of signature declarations delivered to our club to date is 229. The process will continue to be carried out meticulously and in the legal framework by our club.
