World champion Julian Draxler married

Julian Draxler is now driving around in Qatar professionally. In private, however, he now went to Paris – for his own wedding.
The German ex-international Julian Draxler and his girlfriend Sethanie Taing have married. The “Bild” newspaper reports on the wedding, which is said to have taken place parallel to the Champions League final, and also provides photos of the festival.
Draxler can be seen in a dark jacket with a pattern and his wife in a glittering sequin dress. According to the “picture”, the festival in the 5-star hotel “Shangri-La” is said to have taken place in Paris with 250 guests present.
The 31-year-old and the professional dancer and choreographer had met during Draxler’s time at Paris Saint-Germain in the French capital. They have been a couple for around five years. They have had a son together since 2022.
Accordingly, the wedding was more important to the 2014 world champion than to pursue the 5-0 victory of his ex-club PSG in the Champions League final against Inter Milan.
Julian Draxler is currently playing for Al-Nahli SC in Qatar. In 2023 he had moved to the desert state and recently extended his contract there until 2028. Draxler started his career in the youth of FC Schalke 04, where he also gave his professional debut. Later he first moved to VfL Wolfsburg and then to Paris. After a short loan to Benfica Lisbon, he then went to Qatar.
He ran a total of 58 times for the national team between 2012 and 2022 and scored seven goals. In addition to the 2014 World Cup title, he also belonged to the team that won the Confederation Cup in 2017. His biggest titles at the club level include the 2011 DFB Cup win with FC Schalke and four championship titles and cup wins with Paris Saint-Germain.
