Kahn is probably presenting 15 million fabrics for traditional clubs

After the end of FC Bayern, Oliver Kahn has new plans for his career. They will now be more specific.
Oliver Kahn apparently took the next step in advertising around Girondin’s Bordeaux. According to the French media, the former national goalkeeper offers 15 million euros for the battered club – and could thus cut out its competitor Gérard Lopez. Lopez is the previous owner of the club and, according to the newspaper “Sud Ouest”, has submitted a continuation plan to the commercial court. The plan is now available to the insolvency administrators and responsible authorized representatives. The same applies to Kahn’s offer.
The 15 million euros are to be distributed to the creditors – depending on the rank of their claims. Kahn had already made public in January that he was interested in Bordeaux. “It’s true. It’s just exciting. You have to see what is happening. I enjoy developing football clubs,” he said in the ZDF “sports studio”. In February there was a meeting with representatives of politics in the city. After that it remained calm – until now. Because with the advance, the procedure could develop in a new direction.
If the Commercial Court considers Kahn’s offer to be serious, the chamber can move the decisive hearing. That would create time to check both concepts – continuation by Lopez or sale to Kahn – from the point of view of the best offer for the creditors.
