Signs at HSV and Davie Selke are probably at goodbye

In the 2nd Bundesliga, Hamburger SV and Davie Selke were a good couple. However, a continuation of the relationship seems extremely questionable.
With 22 goals, Davie Selke was instrumental in the Bundesliga promotion of Hamburger SV in the past second division season. Nevertheless, the signs are apparently on separation. As the TV broadcaster Sky reports, Selke is likely to leave the association again for only one year. Accordingly, the two parties cannot still agree on a new contract.
Selke had recently emphasized that he feels very comfortable in Hamburg, but this does not seem to help an agreement. It is not exactly known why the negotiations will stop. However, Selke could want a longer -term contract during HSV.
Selke presented himself in top shape in the past second division season and secured the cannon for the best goal scorer. But the striker has been for 30 years and has been guilty of such a successful season in the Bundesliga in his previous career. In addition, the HSV with Robert Glatzel has another striker in the squad, who was extremely successful for the club in the 2nd Bundesliga, but was injured for a long time last season.
