A family with daughter (8) from Kortessem in Limburg (Hasselt) has been attacked by their neighbors for three years: a father (52) and his son (24). The laundry list is long: leaving tires flat, turning horns at night to the lawn, and that literally every day. “Are those people unstable? Or malignant?
