Two more suspects arrested for stems of hugs at the memorial place Jeffrey and Emma

The Dutch police arrested two more people for stealing hugs that have been placed at the memorial site for Jeffrey and Emma in Winschoten. The police report this on X. A total of three suspects have now been arrested: a 20-year-old man from Leeuwarden, a 20-year-old man and a minor boy from Winschoten.
