A motorist was knocked over on Monday morning in an accident on the Luikerweg in Valkenswaard. The driver wanted to grab a bottle of water and therefore he rode a wooden guardrail in the right reservation. This brought the car upside down. No one was injured.
The accident happened on the N69 in the direction of Belgium and the car has a Belgian license plate. The driver had to be checked on the spot by ambulance staff, but he did not have to go to the hospital. His new car has been destroyed. A recovery company will pick up the car. Traffic is led around the accident.
