The police arrested a 24-year-old man from Heerde (Gelderland) on Sunday to cause a fatal accident. A 33-year-old man from nearby Hattem was killed by the collision. The victim was hit in his hometown in the night from Saturday to Sunday. He was on foot. The driver then ran away.
