Not a biography of Goliarda Sapienza but a reflection on freedom – of thought, behavior, affection – of a woman who had written a novel that no publisher wanted to publish (The art of joy), who had been in jail for having stolen jewelry of a (presumed) friendly jewelry, and who sought in love and curiosity the strength that made her live.
