This year, the everyday life of Finns has been tested by minced oxygen. We asked readers how they now survive their daily lives. We classified the answers to seven different survival strategy. Section 7 goes through the fate of a small Hippu dog.

1. For hamstra and I apply

In my economy, this thing is influenced by buying minced meat for a month at a time, and always at a discount that the price per kilo does not escape far from 8 €/kg. If you can’t get cattle, I buy chicken minced meat. Now, however, at the time of writing this, the unemployed person who is on the livelihood is unable to fill the refrigerator, and there are only lights. Not everyone can afford food in Finland. For this, I blame the current government, get out of the power, and to the card as we do.

Hunger

I bought an electric meat grinder and the ground myself.

Neropat

Sometimes it’s hard to come up with what food you would do when you don’t have minced meat. I have noticed that in recent weeks there have been more visiting fast food.

Maikki

2. I apply from the farm

There are no availability challenges when ordering directly from the farm to the freezer.

Pauli

I haven’t had much effect, I have bought beef meat directly from the producer.

Santra 67

I buy directly from producers … get a decent price without middlemen. Rather, I pay directly to the producer than to the store. It’s fairer. The producer has a fair compensation for his work. Everyone else receives wage increases, why not the producers would also be entitled to a reasonable increase.

Unbiased

3. Not affected in any way

Nothing. In Vaasa every store enough minced meat.

UTI

Kirkkonummi has as much minced meat as you can eat.

IV

In no way. The convenience store has been available all the time. If people stop hoarding then there are no shelves empty.

Marvel

4. I change to the rest

Has not been able to make food as planned. Proteins have had to be made of powder.

Resin

Had to make meatballs, shelves were empty. Had to make minced sauce, shelves were empty. When the worker gets to the store only in the afternoon, housewives and retirees have gone to the shelves emptying the shelves. There would have been a few packs of pigs, I wouldn’t buy it. Only 10 % beef minced meat is good, maybe in an emergency 17 %. Vöner has been purchased. And of course chicken.

Mind

Meat has been eaten from frost and commercial size products. There has also been more chicken at the table. Vegetarian options have decreased rather than increased. Meat consumption must be supported so that its production does not decrease or run out completely.

Self -chef Satakunta

Not really in any way if there is no minced meat I was thinking about cooking, changing the ingredients and making another food. Making food is not a problem for me to make food.

Home chef

It’s not terribly affected, from the ward when passing by, glances at having minced meat. Improvise at home, we have had Pelmen-lasagne, chicken-based foods and are at home with meat friends so Kassler has been eaten. Pulia happens from time to time, but I can imagine that for some young people, the situation is challenging when you need to change a chicken that is more expensive in more situations.

Improvise carnivore

In a way, minced meat is unnecessary meat if necessary. I would consider something decent or steak where the meat is meat. The use of soybean meal instead of meat is lighter and cheaper, and you just have to learn how to deal with. It took many months before I paid attention to the minced stall of our family. At the same time, there was sometimes money to use for that better roast.

Minced

Has had some effect. In a small budget household, minced meat has previously been cooked for a couple of foods during the week because it is inexpensive, sufficient and transforms into protein into many foods. The lack of minced meat has been replaced by beans, egg and sausage. We still use cheap chicken, cabbage and potatoes for basic food. Other meat products or fish, with the exception of fish or fish sticks, are shining due to their high price in the small budget kitchen. Maintaining and continuing domestic meat production should be supported. Of course, foreign products are cheaper, but we would be happy to favor fresh domestic meat. Fresh domestic fish is already an inaccessible delicacy for many Finns, if not the fish itself. Hopefully minced meat will not be just a basic food for well -to -do.

Budget chef

5. I only use whole meat

I haven’t used minced meat for years, I came across the problem in the media. I recommend people to use whole meat, it is very available.

Man

Purely positive effects. Boring minced meat is replaced by other ingredients and boring the same everyday foods have varied when not always the easiest and most familiar. Minced meat is also so easy to replace if you need familiar foods (not needed) lights and eat in a variety of ways. Then if you need minced meat, you just grind the high quality part of the carcass and so much better too.

Node

There is a terrible freezer in the freezer. I eat it.

Self -sufficient

6. I don’t even eat meat

No way because I do not support animal exploitation or murder. Good but if people have to learn to be without. Of course, the very skinny thing is that these consumers then replace the meat, even with soy meal, and it is more likely to have some other species on the plate.

Vegerules

No way because I don’t eat animals. During this abundance, it is good to have a shortage of something sometimes. It is good for people to learn that food is not a matter of course. In addition, there are greater sorrows in the world than a shortage of minced meat. However, my dog needs it.

Pilene

There was no effect, I didn’t even know there were delivery difficulties. In order for farmers to get more meat production prices to be higher. If the meat is not ready to pay a proper price, you can always come up with something else to replace the meat.

Meat only as a party

In no way. We have mainly switched to vegetable -based products.

EC

7. What about pets?

We have a delicate stomach old 14-year-old little Hippu dog that currently eats minced meat 120g a day with oatmeal and nutritional supplements. No ready -made dog food buttons are suitable at all, it is stomach and carpets, if trying. The hippie is neutered, that is, testosterone is not, and when age is, the weight gains sensitively. Old joints can’t stand it. We already got a hippopotamus in a comfortable fit when the store found 7.5 minced meat. Now it has gone to hunt for even 9 % minced meat. There are always many other options for people’s food, but this little friend cannot adapt. If there is an even shorter shortage of minced meat, you need to start finding out if low -fat minced meat will get direct sales of the premises.
